“Emirates Hospital was built in Motor City wherein there are 35,452 residents and it is surrounded by other cities ten minutes drive (e.g. Sports City, Studio City, Arabian Ranches I & II, Jumeirah Village Circle, and Time Square). The population in those cities is around 98,000 – residents of about 130 nationalities live in this area, the project was built as per the budgeted construction plan, and the time frame with the high-quality standard of construction materials that will keep the building in a good shape for long years and it is one of the busiest Hospitals in the city.”

Motor City clubhouse (MC CLUB HOUSE) was developed in the motor city, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The development is based
on a community clubhouse theme and includes restaurants, bars, an infinity swimming pool, sports facilities, lounges, and retail. -
The land is purchased with a size of approximately 92,251 sq.ft., and it has an approved GFA of approximately 40,000 sq. ft.
with the approved height GF plus 3. We successfully change the building type from retail to clubhouse and retail type. -

Motor City and it will serve the Motor City residents and residents around the cities. -
